By Checking below the Client affirms that they have read and agree to the conditions in this contract. A $800.00 deposit is required for the safe return of said GPS unit in the same workable condition, no matter who place the GPS unit on the vehicle. A day starts at 6:00 P.M. and ends at 6:00 P.M. the next day. Any partial hours will be consider a full day. After the Return of GPS unit any and all fees will be deducted from the deposit and the balance will be returned to the Client.
I understand that a GPS tracking device can only be place on a vehicle, that I am the owner or Co-Owner of.
By checking below,I agree to contract, and declare that I am the Owner or Co-Owner of the vehicle
that the GPS device will be placed on.
I understand that there is a risk of the GPS unit being knocked loose or falling off of the vehicle. I also understand that the device could be discover and destroyed or thrown away.
I understand that I and I alone are responsible for the safe return of the GPS to Cook & Son's Private Investigations, no matter who places the GPS on the vehicle.
